Nagib Nasr has a 25-year track record helping companies solve complex operational challenges and delivering superior value and exceptional results.  His specialties include global operations strategy and deployment, lean business system, total cost and capital productivity, supply chain optimization, and integrated product and process design. Nagib serves on several boards and offers his operations expertise annually as a guest speaker for Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University.

James Ragin

James has over 20 years of experience solving complex process and quality problems, waste reduction, and product-process variation reduction using Design of Experiments and other Six Sigma Black Belt tools. In addition, James has developed a unique Proactive Six Sigma Quality Management System that he has successfully taught and implemented in multiple manufacturing facilities across the world. He has a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and is a ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Quality Engineer.

Karl-Heinz Willmann has more than 20 years of experience leveraging lean thinking to drive sustainable operational efficiencies, increased profitability and improved cash flow for international businesses. He has led more than eight successful lean transformations throughout Europe. His specialties include lean transformation and cultural implementation, strategy development and deployment, and sustainable profitability optimization. Karl-Heinz has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.

Sean Will

Sean Will has over 20 years of lean transformation experience supporting $1B+ clients in the plastics, healthcare, consumer goods, aerospace and packaging industries. Sean's specialties include lean education, A3 thinking, kaizen, value steam analysis, supply chain analysis as well as total productive maintenance (TPM). In addition to his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Sean has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and earned his MBA from North Carolina State University.
