Nagib serves on several boards and offers his operations expertise annually as a guest speaker for Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University.

He has a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and is a ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Quality Engineer.

He has led more than eight successful lean transformations throughout Europe. His specialties include lean transformation and cultural implementation, strategy development and deployment, and sustainable profitability optimization. Karl-Heinz has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.

Sean's specialties include lean education, A3 thinking, kaizen, value steam analysis, supply chain analysis as well as total productive maintenance (TPM). In addition to his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Sean has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and earned his MBA from North Carolina State University.
